We wanted a way to channel our creativity via a very unique style of photography that truly captures the heart of a home, its character, emotion, its atmosphere... that indefinable something that makes it unique.

As an experienced and passionate photographer, I wanted to combine traditional estate agency photography with fashion and architectural photography. In order that we could fully utilise the power of the internet and take potential buyers on a ‘virtual viewing’, I wanted buyers to be able to really get to know and understand a home without ever leaving theirs. I wanted to create that connection that you would only usually get if you were actually inside the home. I also wanted buyers left with that feeling that they just had to see more.

At a time of crisis for many other estate agents, our company’s photographic presentation has distinguished us and in turn, enabled us to sell more properties, for more Vendors, and in less time!

Our unique style has seen many attempted emulations by our competitors, which is great as it means standards are improving, but as a forerunner we are constantly adapting based on the interactive experiences and feedback our clients impart. At Arnold & Phillips our plans don’t stop here, we have a dedicated photographer and a strategy in place that we believe will over the coming years, again, take estate agency photography to a whole new level. It also ensures we always mail each new instruction to our comprehensive mailing list of potential buyers, ensuring equal opportunities for purchasers across the board.

Our Story...

Arnold & Phillips is defined by the values and the vision of its founders, David Arnold, Tracy Phillips & Emma Arnold. In 2008 the property market (and the world for that matter) changed forever and we felt there had to be a better way to meet the very high expectations and individual needs of our clients. It wasn’t long before we began making plans for a different kind of Estate Agency, an agent committed to putting service first, and doing the best for each client. With this in mind, our commitment to service, our unique application of communications technology and our individual style of marketing, Arnold & Phillips opened the doors for the first time and in August 2010 our story began…

Since then, we have never looked back and have assembled a team of estate agents, known for their expertise, experience, integrity and discretion, each possessing an in-depth knowledge of the region and the current market conditions. Our respected team have a breadth of knowledge unrivalled in the North West, with the ability to deal with all professional enquiries pertaining to sales, lettings, surveys, land, rural, planning, commercial, new homes, project management, interior design, equestrian, prestige homes and investments. In conjuction with our strategic partners John Barnes FNAEA FICBA & Graham Bowling BSc(Hons) MRICS of Fitton Estates, Arnold & Phillips have over 80 years combined experience in the valuing of rural properties and a proven track record of selling country estates, farms, smallholdings, land and equestrian property across the Sefton and West Lancashire region.

We recognise that a Country or Equestrian property with land requires a different approach to that used for the ‘normal’ residential market. We will happily visit prospective vendors to discuss our bespoke marketing package and tailor the most appropriate advertising schedule in order to attract the ‘right’ buyer.

We treat each property and client individually, looking at the property as a whole, providing a free market appraisal and advising on when is the best time to place a property on the market. We consider any development potential that might exisist and any potential improvements that might be made to enhance the value of a property. We believe our experience in the sale and valuation of rural and equestrian property to be second to none.
