As an experienced and passionate photographer, I wanted to combine traditional estate agency photography with fashion and architectural photography. In order that we could fully utilise the power of the internet and take potential buyers on a 'virtual viewing', I wanted buyers to be able to really get to know and understand a home without ever leaving theirs. I wanted to create that connection that you would only usually get if you were actually inside the home. I also wanted buyers left with that feeling that they just had to see more.
Our company's photographic presentation has distinguished us and in turn, enabled us to sell more properties, for more Vendors, and in less time! Our unique style has seen many attempted emulations by our competitors, which is great as it means standards are improving, but as a forerunner we are constantly adapting based on the interactive experiences and feedback our clients impart. Alex is a qualified CAA approved drone pilot, and adheres to strict safety and operational guidelines, we are fully insured with public liability and can fly at altitudes of 400ft.

From day one, opening the Ormskirk office in 2010, it was always about delivering something really special, a level of service beyond what any other agent was doing at the time and providing marketing that would set a new standard for property presentation. It felt back then that the world of estate agency was in a stasis, trapped between the old methods of estate agency and the new digital age of presentation whilst at the same time battling with the fall out from the financial crash of 2008.
